Return And Refund Policy

We do not refund for products which have broken seal. We have samples of almost all our offerings available in small sizes so that customers can purchase them for testing. We place 20% restocking fee on products that are meant to be returned to us in which reimbursement of shipping charges are also not provided. In case you receive damaged parcel of products, please inform us immediately and do not throw away any of the material, be it packaging box or product.

We suggest customers to order small size testing products before placing orders for large products or bulk sizes at our company. This will help them get completely assured for quality perfection in our offerings.

Refund & Cancellation

Within a set period of working days of receiving an order, customer must inform shipper for return and refund. Only unopened products can be returned as per our return policy. Customer can cancel order even before its shipment takes place. Only packed or not opened products can be returned.

We assure no contamination in products. We thoroughly test our products for their effectiveness and purity. We cater the needs of buyers for small samples although we do not serve samples for free. Only for big product orders, we serve samples free and for the same too customers must request for sample by adding a note before checking out at the time of order placement.
